They could implement the vote kick and once activated, the AFKer or party being kicked has a timer to either reach the darkness zone or obtain a certain percentage of the kills in the area of his teammates. This would help prevent abuse from trolls and help prevent the hiders and people who farm. Another option would be once a person has been kicked, the spot that was kicked cannot be filled. That would also help prevent people from booting someone so their friend could join but, it would not address the trolls.
