Exotic bountys ?

I have pocket infinity bounty ready to turn in but I was wondering if I should wait til dark below comes out. Or if it even matters

Wait until the dlc drops then you will get the upgraded version. If you do it before then you will have to pay the piper, Xur, to upgrade it to the newer exotic power levels.
