I'm curious whether these will simply be "upgraded" versions of current items with higher attack/defense but same perks, etc, or entirely new things. Speculation welcome. (more specifically, I'm wondering if I should rush to get New Monarchy rank 3 and finally buy that Vanquisher for PVP and not open my package until the 9th, or try NOT to level hoping that will make sure I get a commendation and then I can get an all-around better, vanquisher V2. Advice welcome)
