What episode marks the first appearance of Scruffy?

Technically, the first "Anthology of Interest", but Scruffy's character design is seen earlier as a minor character in "A Fishful of Dollars". (Seen sanding Bender's back)

While that is indeed true, I was looking for his first true appearance, which was in Parasites Lost.
