To all those saying, Throwing knife should be insta-kill.....
Ok so say hunter gets a insta-kill melee.
Titan gets one ( yes i know he/she has one already)
Warlock doesn't have one...
But wait theres more.
The THROWING knife is a projectile.
Titan has to get their insta kill weapon a projectile mode.
Warlock needs one too now.
Do you get my point?
It would become very unbalanced.

It doesn't happen often because you have to be very precise(right square on the head). Most are constanly moving making it almost impossible to get it, especially at a decent distance.
