I spend the majority of my time playing PvE, and I love the update. Who likes grinding for mats anyways? I'd rather do strikes and buy the mats. As for the Crucible rep.... Playing the Crucible for Crucible rep makes sense to me. The bounties are easy enough too.
If you're so bad at a FPS that even that is impossible, play something else.

I think you missed the point. Removing a feature some of us used since day 1 had no bearing on how you play. Why so much hate for those who play Destiny their own unique way? You must not like diversity too much I assume.
