Does anyone know if you can jump into different raids during the week or are you stuck with one?
I can only play at weird random times and may be away a few days in a row.
Wasn't sure what type of commitment level is needed for the raid. I don't want to ruin it for the other 5 players if I either can't finish it, play at times they can't or just suck too bad to progress.
The few times I did strikes I get teamed up with rushers who just complained how I was slowing them up. I prefer to take it slow and understand what is going on without PvP rushing into everything.

You can do the raid as often as you want but you only get the rewards once weekly. Forget the randoms, who cares if you piss them off. Look, last night i got a grouo of 30s for the raid. I gave an in depth strategy so were all on the same page. They all start bitching "ive done this 29473749 times i dont wanna hear no strategy". Theyd rather go in with no game plan than spend 2 minutes planning to ensure we dont waste time. We get in, people are doin their own thing, so of course we wipe. 2 wipes later, people start following the strategy, but we wipe anyway (getting closer to win still) and some idiot " you guys must all be fake 30s" another guy "ive done this twice today, yall suck". People die, no one says shit. I die because my partners arent helping me, (its a -blam!-ing team game, i help them) and im the dick because i cant even stay alive with my own strategy. -blam!- em man. If you can get to 29 in a couole hrs ill do the hard raid with you on xbox one. I dont do normal anymore, no reason to

Thanks for the info. I'll send you a message once I get to 29 if you are still interested. In the mean time I'll try some normal raids even if it is part time. I was more concerned with locking out other players if I couldn't return to the raid in the same week. Since that isn't a problem I'll give it a try rather than doing PvP.

I'm on XB1. So far I've received messages from very nice people offering help. Unfortunately for me they are on PS3 and PS4. Maybe I got Destiny on the wrong system...
