So, it's been a while since I last did one of these and there's bound to be some questions. So, fire away.

Nicely done mate.

Very nicely done.

Also, so if praedyth was a member of Kabr's fire team, and all of his fire team was deleted from existence, how do we have weapons named after her?

Edited by armedkiller: 12/5/2014 8:28:56 PMI'm back! Thoughts on the Nine: Who are they? Where are they from? Who gave Xür access to tower? (The factions had to be granted access) Are they a race of people or a council of beings? What role do they play in the Traveler v. Darkness saga? Edited to reflect correct umlaut location.

So do you think we will be able to get an option to upgrade our legendaries, or at least our Raid Primaries?
-
How did we die? And how did our bodies were able to be sustained as well as they did? The ghost at the beginning said we've been dead for a long time. Since our character has no memories of any recent issues surrounding us, did we die before "the conflict" began, or did we just lose our memories?

Does it come in black?

Bear with me, I may be far off the path. I think the Ahamkara, The Fallen and Guardians all have a link somewhere. Guardians Light became corrupt after seeking too much knowledge and power from the Ahamkara. It came at a price but we don't know what price or cost. This info was lost in the Dark Age. Examples of Ahamkara in action. Consider how someone who believed in the fight for peace, and who ordinarily might behave in a non-violent manner, might come to blows with someone who threatened or challenged his notions of peace. (If the Consensus decided to eliminate the Ahamkara a Guardian effected by their "gifts" would consider this a violent action and come to blows) The mind has created a state of illusion, but it seems very real to the person in that state, and subjectivity and reality are obscured. This deeply illusory state is what can often cause people to do the strangest, oddest things, sometimes evil, and often quite out of character. All humans can - and usually do at some time in their lives - suffer from this. (Likely Guardians would never even realize they were turning into Fallen because their minds had created an illusion of them being normal) In ahaṃkāra, a state of rajas guna (agitation) predominates. This is because it identifies only with a small part of the creation (the body) and rejects everything else as "not me"; it becomes subject to a series of afflictions such as: pride, egoism, competitiveness, hate and jealousy. (All traits of the Fallen) Ahaṃkāra is the instrument of Ahaṃ (the Spirit), the principle of individuation, acting as an independent conscious entity within the impure reality - yet, it does not have consciousness of its own. Ahamkara is (actually soul/ego-soul) the instrument of the spirit (made by thought-material='dark energy' & emotion-material='dark material') for individual development of the ego-soul, like DEHA (material-body/mold) is the instrument for individual development of the ego-soul/mind. (An instrument of " Dark material") Theory: When the Fallen/Guardians were banished from The City after The Great Hunt they scoured the Cosmodrome for a new home. This is where they found the Prime Servitors. The Primes being "arbiters of life and death sensed the dying " light" but also noticed the growing "darkness" from deals with the Ahamkara. They granted them life in the form of "Ether" which they still thrive on today directly from the Primes. This is why the Fallen worship the Primes because they gave their race life when all was lost. The highest of Fallen (archon priests) are nothing but souls waiting to be restored.

What is the connection between humans, awoken and Exo?

When doing missions the lead in and icon displayed for the missing belongs to the various factions. But they are treated as Vanguard missions despite the lead in saying something like " Future War Cult has a target..." in the voice of the FWC vendor. Why do the factions give out missions that by default give vanguard rep and are treated as vanguard missions?

can I join the group?

Is it possible that the three that landed on Mars for the first time are Kabr and his fire team?

Edited by III URBAN III: 12/4/2014 10:59:30 PMJust to satisfy an Itch I have. The WARSATS we defend on patrol, do these belong to the Warmind used as a way of relaying information across human colonies? If so it's quite interesting that ALL the enemy factions seem eager to get hold of this technology/information

What is the new commendation feature? I understand I will need it now but that's it. Thanx
-
Hey cap.

Any idea who the dead guardian is on the first moon mission? Maybe part of Eris' team? Significant or not?
-
Oh puh-lease let me join your group, Oh Great One! Share with me more of your self-righteous enlightenment!
-
What's up with Eris' eyes? It looks like she has three of them. Could she actually be a Hive agent?

I used to be like you, til I took an arrow in the knee

Is the Speaker the first Guardian? As in, the first person the Traveler ever revived? He must have been a Guardian at some point, since he has a Ghost. Are the Traveler and the Darkness sentient singularities, a la Peter F. Hamilton's Night's Dawn series? Is Rasputin the source of the Vex? Did he perhaps become the Vex, in a far-future time, then seek to insinuate himself/itself into an earlier timespace coordinate set? Why do the Hive only interact with the Fallen, when all other enemy races fight on at least two fronts? Is the Black Garden located inside the Traveler? (Note that it needn't be actually physically inside it, but more connected to it - think TARDIS interior vs exterior.) What was the black amorphous thing in the Black Garden, and what gives us reason to believe we actually hurt or killed it? All the fireworks could just as easily have been a diversion to let it leave, and this thing is supposed to be a god after all. Killing three of its minions is supposed to kill it? (Don't let YHVH know, he's only got two left.) Any information (over and above the Grimoire) on the Cabal? The in-game story makes them out to be these titanic, constantly-annoyed badasses, then you actually fight them and roll over them like speedbumps. Thanks!

Am I supposed to know or care who you are?

Is the traveler the bad guy? Ever thought about that? I mean, he raises people from the dead to fight for him... Seems like that'd be an interesting twist.
We are the bad guys, and the fallen and cabal have chased the Traveler across the galaxies to try and stop this evil force.
Just an idea, don't hate me.
