A Few Tidbits of Feedback for you DeeJ.

First and foremost, I'd just like to thank you all for the hard work you guys are putting into this. I work in IT so I can relate to the lack of appreciation you guys get behind the scenes. All of the blame when something is wrong, but almost none of the glory when it's right. Not to mention all of the issues that could have or did happen that no one even knew about because you worked quickly to resolve them. The things you don't hear people complaining about are the things you indeed aced (i.e. graphics, shooting mechanics, graphical art, driving mechanics, etc etc) so keep up the good work. And as far as the other stuff, well we all know we can't please everyone. The game has had it's ups and downs, but overall you have heard the community and responded with positivity and trying to make tweaks that we request, without ruining the overall speed and mechanics of the core game. Which is more than I can say about most developers, a lot of people don't understand the outreach you have in the community or appreciate the fact that you do this at all. I digress. Is there anyway you guys could integrate these fantastic new tools on the PS4 controller into the game? I hardly ever see it utilized in any game out right now. For example, the touchpad could be used in the in-game menu to navigate around, swiping it would in turn move the cursor, rather than having to use the joysticks. It would be optional of course, you could use either one, but it is just one way to integrate this which is seldom used at all, much less to it's fullest extent. It would be hard to fully integrate ALL of it's capabilities because well, let's be honest, the complaints that would ensue from anyone who doesn't have a PS4 would be outrageous... As far as the built-in speaker on the PS4 controller, why not have your ghost speak to you through that? I was really hoping that's how it would work from the start, but it didn't. This would be a pretty cool and creative little feature that I'm sure many other PS4 users would show appreciation for. Again, this would be optional, a feature you could turn on or off in the menu (depending if you are using a headset or not), but would be pretty neat to have the option to do. I would also love for there to be the option for the in-game integrated "comm radio" chat I'll call it, to be available when the voice output settings are set to "Headset Only". Currently this feature is only available when set to "Speakers Only", which means we then cannot adjust the voice chat and game audio separately with our headsets. It treats it as one audio stream. I absolutely love this feature in voice chat, but unfortunately do not get to enjoy it because of these issues. I know these are minor issues compared to the big picture priorities, but just some small things that I feel would be neat to have. I am very intrigued to see the feedback on the new DLC that is about to drop. This game is a great game, but has the potential to be that next "Halo" game that people talk about and play in the years to come. That only happens though if the customers feel they have gotten their money's worth. Not to be confused with what some people feel they are deserved and/or owed.. That's a separate story. Again, thank you guys for all your hard work that goes on behind the scenes. I know a lot of blood, sweat, and tears all the way down from the lowest levels were poured into this and we all want to see it be amazing. I look forward to being on this road trip as we watch this journey unfold and see what happens, hoping for the best to come and redeem the Bungie we know is in there hard at work. Stay Frosty
