Beyond Evolution, I very much agree with you that it was a mistake for Bungie to remove the option to trade materials for Crucible Marks. For those who do not enjoy the Crucible, the Materials Exchange provided one path to obtain the Crucible Marks necessary to purchase from the three factions. Now Bungie has eliminated that pathway....and it seems you're trying to COMPEL players into playing Crucible rather than enticing us. You disappoint me. I suggest that Bungie make yet another change and allow all the factions to accept VANGUARD MARKS. The fact that VANGUARD MARKS are not currently accepted by the factions shows your clear bias towards PvP gameplay. PvP must be alluring for Bungie. Design the maps. Invite the players..... and let them slaughter each other. Job done.....congratulations all around ! This approach might work if you only had a PvP community to concern yourselves with. The PvP option must require less effort needed than 1) writing a good story 2) writing good characters 3) writing effective combat behaviors for the various a.i. enemies. It's a mistake to manipulate players into PvP through Destiny's very limited economic system.....and I resent this approach. Sincerely, Major Tao

I'd like to see materials redemption for vanguard bucks returned. Here's an idea the developers can use in place of/in addition to the materials for bucks thing. Add vanguard bucks on to the rewards for bounty and beacon missions. Three vanguard bucks for a successfully completed bounty, and two for a beacon mission. Using this formula, the gain of vanguard bucks would be in line with the gain of crucible bucks (three for a crucible win, two for crucible participation).
