It is faction gear, not crucible gear. Plain and Simple. Therefore, it should be (and was previously) available to everyone. Again, Plain and Simple.

Oh ok I thought you where talking about the crucible vendor. If you ask me the factions should be vanguard marks. But I guess "faction wars" is crucible. We're fighting for the factions that's why they did that. I get where you're coming from they should've just left material trade in. If they keep getting all these complaints I'm sure they'll put it back.
