I never once even thought of exchanging 50 mats for a couple of crucible or vanguard marks... The effort vs reward was not justified. This new feature is much better imo. I despised grinding monotonous farming routes and strikes where we just bumrushed to the boss over and over. It was time consuming and not rewarding enough to warrant the time put into grinding.
