To all the PvPers saying 'Well of course PvE people shouldn't have access to PvP vendor gear so they shouldn't earn marks from materials.' ... That's fine. Most of us never did anyway, because buying the gear also required the ranks, and if you don't PvP, you don't rank up either. The thing I, and likely many others, are pissed about is that the 3 other faction vendors, Dead Orbit, etc, also require crucible marks even though they can be ranked up through PvE. So the mat exchange was the only way for non-PvPers to buy their gear... And now that ability is completely gone. So essentially, PvPers now get access to 5 vendors, while PvE people get access to just the Vanguard one. How is that fair and balanced? An easy fix would be to let you use your vanguard marks on the other vendors too, of course, or put in more factions with Vanguard mark gear to offset the existing ones. Just my 2 cents.
