The original Mario: my dad traded a guy our Atari 2600 for the NES (it's funny looking back because the guy boldly stated that Atari was the future.....). I remember playing it and watching others play it and thinking it was the coolest thing ever. The NES had all sorts of great games, Contra TNMNT, Castlevanina, Tecmo Superbowl...I could easily list a ton of games.
The big game changer for me was N64/Mario64 - as it should have been for most gamers at the time. 3D gaming....whhhhaaaatttt??!!

Yup i agree. We are probably close to the same age! I used to play the 2600 all the time with my dad!
