A logical validation for the Removal of the Exchange Materials for Marks. Bungie did not communicate the Removal of the Exchange Materials for Marks to the Community at all. Yeah they Communicated that They will be adding Exchange Marks for Materials. They've also communicated in the patch notes that the Cryptach increase as been reduced. Which Is something they've done in this patch. Not a headline item like Promised Exotic Buffs Exchange Marks for Materials Exotic Upgrade Change But an affect of Patch 1.1 The Removal of exchange materials for marks is also an affect of 1.1 But it was not documented in the patch notes or indicated as likely outcome with exchange marks for materials in earlier communcations about that feature. If as your validation indicates the Bungie were trying to pre-empt care-package spamming through reputation boosting They could have adjusted Exchange materials for Marks by removing Reputation gain from the Exchange. I'll still have a Crucible Rank of 0 and I can Increase Vanguard and other faction Rank though [still] existing methods. Cryptarch Rank will still increase from the Rare Engrams I bring him. Patch is then a Very Good Patch Then I (and maybe many other) would be recieving enjoyment while playing Destiny and feel we BECOME our LEGEND in Destiny
