I like the idea but it seems to me that it would be more in line with the games lore if they just made new monarchy and dead orbit sell their stuff without needing crucible Marks .

Yeah, i'm on the same line. I mean, you don't need or ''deserve'' the crucible gear if you can't affford it but bungie can't simple changes stuff like these after people get used.
