When you lose in PvP you are pissing off and many people as making their day. Their are winners and losers in PvP and people on your opposing team are guaranteed an automatic victory. The marks exchange isn't going to be brought back because you would be able to exchance vanguard marks for crucible marks essentially. So it cuts out part of the game for some people, and allows reputation gains in crucible factions without playing crucible. This is further magnified by people that play crucible, as they can do the same but have double the gain on the matter. If you want PvP gear, play pvp. This is a no brainer and conversation shouldn't even occur on the matter, one whiner isn't going to destroy crucible for the other people. They will just think you are bad and move on, you intentionally feeding is just going to make it a bad experience for yourself.
