only rep. you still have to grind pvp for marks. Which I agree with the OP...I hate pvp and want to enjoy the game the way I enjoy it...but stillbe able to get something like an arc machine gun...which unless I leave it up to RNGesus, I cannot get unless I pvp.

Ahh, I always thought it gave both if you had a faction item equipped. :-(
