I think that it is utter crap that they have taken away the exchange for marks. I do some PVP and when I am near my cap of marks I just exchange spinmetal to max out my cap as spinmetal is easy to farm on the divide.
But now one hand has giveth and the other has taketh away. With Bungie it is either or, not both.
