I got absolutely massacred by the Vex in Control last night. The first few times as I stood in awe of it's pew-pew and forgot to actually move out of the way.
I genuinely didn't mind though. My k/d is so bad that I no longer get angry at being killed, and knowing that I was up against someone who'd completed the hard raid enough times to drop the Vex was pretty cool.
As an aside, I've recently dropped Atheon's Epilogue and have started to attempt the crucible portion of my Thorn bounty. Anyone else struggle with this weapon? I feel like i'm not going to be able to master it until I have the stability upgrade node locked down as it kicks like a mule.

I got my vex 1st time hard so if I killed u I've only done it once and got very lucky haha

You've still done the raid on hard at least. RNG smiled on you :) I only started raiding last week and dropped AE on my first go, was delighted to get a primary with elemental burn on it. But yeah, the Vex absolutely ruins from what I can tell.

Definitely on my wish list. Haven't really used Scout Rifles since the first few weeks of the game, but I'm trying to run Mida on my alt at the minute - quite like it. Haven't tried it since yesterday's patch though.

I've been pretty lucky with weapon drops so far. I have all normal mode weapons, only ones I still want are fate bringer and the vex. Hoping to pick them up this week, fingers crossed...

Good luck man! Gonna give the normal mode a run tonight/tomorrow and pray for VoC. Would also be quite happy with Ice Breaker or Gjallahorn, as I still don't have either :)

Yeah as for pvp. I love it but pve nt so much always resort back to my hawkmoon for pve

the kik is jsut visually even when it's kicking just shoot it'll act like its down.
