Can I also het banned for just walking around in the crucible, enjoy the scenery, maybe do a little dance every now and then and not killing anyone? Maybe I'm just that bad you know...

there are already people doing this, i've seen them this evening. Easy XP for me I say. I usually don't play crucible and really only started to get the thorn but now I like skirmish as it actually involves tactics and communication. I didn't get it at first but the PvE made me better at PvP by getting better with the movement mechanics and being able to fly over/rain death on opponents while they look around for where I went. Though I must say the number of marks you get is kinda crap, should up it by 1.

In all honesty I haven't even read one single post about players being banned for even being afk during strikes or matches so I would seriously doubt not partaking during crucible would have consequences. I'm all about letting people play the way they want to, but if I can't anymore I guess I'll have to find other ways to amuse me, like f.e. dancing in the crucible. I could even state that while walking around doing nothing during matches I'm actually learning the maps, something everybody advised new pvp players to do...
