Unfortunate I never got to use the Vex before the nerf. It currently doesn't seem OP to me like I imagined. But I also haven't used it much today. I'm definitely going to max out Thorn now. The buff is very much welcomed. It now holds one more bullet than The Last Word with roughly the same reload speed. Nice.
