Im sorry, but trading 5 marks you don't need for 1 Mark you want doesn't seem like a loop hole, it's more like a useful feature. Not an exploit. Clearly getting marks without participating in a particular event wasn't an issue untill today. Otherwise they never would have had the materials for marks in the 1st place.
