You're not supposed to be able to get things from the crucible quarter master unless you play crucible. And vice versa with pve vanguard marks. If they left it, people would buy materials with their vanguard marks then exchange them back for crucible marks. I know this because I was gonna do it. The same would have worked vice versa. If you want the marks, play the activities that give them. Don't be mad at bungie for stopping a loophole before it was abused, because that what it is, a loophole.
