While a joke, im happy as this is a middle ground that allows people to essentially trade vanguard marks for crucible marks, and vice versa, to allow PvE players to get PvP vendor items and PvP players to get PvE vendor items. Now the Titan players arent doomed to PvP or matieral farming to get a set of armor with int and dis.
EDIT: It seems they removed the option to trade matierals for marks. This makes this the worst patch Destiny has gotten so far imo.

They seem to have stopped the trade in option and replaced with the trade marks for mats

Yea I just checked. Now the patch is worthless in my opionion, pure negative. Now my Titan is screwed untill I get raid armor. GG Bungie.

They apparently removed the option to trade in matierals for 5 marks and faction xp. So nvm, they made the game worse.

Well I'm a fan because I can switch between pve and pvp, I just can't stand running in circles looking for rocks
