There comes a point were we all have to ask ourselves if we want to condone the way Bungie screwed many of us. Because continuing to support and play the game is all they want, this will never be "fixed". Go onto change.org sign the petition and help raise funds to Sue. Tell them this is unacceptable.

  • That petition is a joke. No lawyer in his right mind would attempt such a frivolous lawsuit. You can't change an entire industry by attcking one company. There is nothing Bungie has done that hasn't already been done by dozens of other companies.

  • Well, graphically the game we have is the same as was demoed. Content wise, although it appears in a different context than was demoed, other than some lines of dialogue & some cut scenes, everything it showed pre-launch appears in the game in one form or another. The only completely untrue thing to come out of the pre-release demos is 1 comment made which insinuated that the background would all be playable space. Which in itself isn't enough to win a lawsuit for false advertising. Besides, the demands listed in the change.org petition are unrealistic.
