Lmao, I hate PvP and love this update. You hate PvP so much? There is something else called the Vanguard y'know. I have never even heard of people trading materials for marks until today when I read everyone crying.

They're the same exact guns. You'll replace them with raid weapons anyway. If you want PvP rewards, but won't play PvP, then I guess you don't want those rewards that badly.

Different guns and armor from different factions have different bonuses & different looks. All of which were accessible without PvP before the patch.

Destiny's community: Wanting PvP rewards without playing PvP and will bitch about anything good. And I'm fine with you hiding in the corner. I'll just go around it and blast you in the face with my Found Verdict. Also, this isn't something to bitch about. Cutting content from the original product and selling it as DLC is something to bitch about. Play PvP if you want PvP rewards. If you don't like PvP then go for the Vanguard rewards. The upgrades on those guns aren't bad compared to the PvP ones.

So Dead Orbit, FWC, and New monarchy are pvp factions only.... I didn't realize that. I guess that means all the pve bounties I'm completing while wearing their mark aren't increasing my reputation.... Oh wait they are, so the factions are not pvp specific... But now the rewards are. Maybe take a second to view the game from another players point of view, just because YOU don't like something doesn't mean others don't. And honestly taking out something that isn't broken is just -blam!-ing stupid anyway.

Like I said, wanting PvP rewards without playing PvP. I don't see how I'm the only person that sees how that's idiotic. How many marks you got for how many materials you collected wasn't worth it anyway. The only reason why I'd pick up the gear that gives you reputation is for the rare shaders. I am looking at it from the perspective of someone who hates Crucible, because I do. If I wanted the PvP rewards, I'd suck it up and get the marks from playing the Crucible.

The point I'm making is the factions are NOT tied entirely to pvp. Another solution is to have the factions vendors accept Vanguard or crucible marks so it's a bit more fair all around. Why does one part of the community get to skip an entire part of the game if they want and get faction gear while the other can not do the same?

Like I said, wanting materials without farming them. I rest easy knowing I'm not the only person that sees how that's idiotic.

So you like running around in a circle for two hours? I know that PvP isn't what a lot of people like, but it's a first person shooter activity. Running around and holding square or B isn't (I don't have an Xbox One so don't crucify me if I got that wrong). This update doesn't force you to play PvP, it only does that if you want the PvP rewards. The Vanguard weapons are virtually the same, apart from upgrades and look and I don't use a gun for how it looks and the upgrades between the two aren't drastic.

I don't run around in a circle for two hours, I run around [i]doing things[/i]. Since you can only accrue 100 marks every week, it doesn't really matter how quickly it happens. The first several weeks I played this my marks were always capped.

Just wait until everyone is hiding in corners in the crucible. Not everyone wants to play pvp so you force it and we will break it. You'll never find me running around like chickens with your heads cut off I and many other are going to ruin your pvp. Better start making your own group for pvp because pvp matchmaking is screwed now.
