Did u play the game until you got to the tower? If you stopped and left the game ie. Turned of system. For some reason when u do that u have to start all over. Same happen to 2 of my friends. They quit on the middle of the way to the tower for the first time at level 1 and couldn't get back in with that character. Delete that character you made and do it again and play through until you get to the tower. That should fix your problem.

Also if one of the mentors could weigh in on this next comment to make sure I'm correct. But I think your picture shows your running version 1.0.3 and I'm pretty sure we got updated to 1.0.7 but I need conformation on that from a mentor.

Lemme know how it turns out. Welcome to the community friend. And just let me say this is exactly what happened to my friends. So I'm 99% sure it's the way to fix it.

awesome, thanks for the input. if i may ask one more question, how do i do that? i have already deleted all of my saved info on the xbox 360 hard drive, including the 5.5gb game instal. every time i go to log in, it auto re-installs the game, then without any real menu choice other then "press A to play game" it goes right back to this same loading screen.

Wait. That's not an actual loading screen your suppose to move that circle cursor to choose what character to play with. Either one you made as it shows or the little rectangle with a plus sign under it to make a new charater.

Right under your made charater click on that plus sign. It'll option you to make new character.
