The raid chest piece drops in normal difficultly, I suggest running normal until you get the Raid chest piece. Then swap your chest for an exotic helmet maxing out those upgrades will get you to 30. I work Friday night through Monday morning. So I got nothing from the IB event. Was hoping to get the IB gloves and boots for my hunter. But work and I suck badly at PvP. Got the raid chest piece already and exotic helmet. Those IB gear would have got my hunter to 30. So anyway back to the VoG for me. Hope this helped!
