Well in all there is an option that may work. I referenced gears of war for it. Two lobbies a host lobby so you can use your checkpoints and a join any available lobby so you can find the fastest available game regardless of progress in the raid. The host can establish min lvl requirements so you don't get ppl you don't want. All in all everyone is asking for matchmaking but not providing any options they like, that way we as the player get what we want. Supporting your cause goes so much further. I have a static raid team so they can give it to the player it won't effect me.
