Everyone saying use a forum, then why wouldn't a public list of raids in the game work? Give the raid starter the option to make his raid pub and allow people to search for it in game. People shouldn't have to go to a forum. This should be in the game.

A list of raids isn't matchmaking. These people asking for matchmaking want to be put into a game instead of looking because they are lazy.. I like what you said about a list though, but the open lobbies would be uncountable. How does it judge the ones ready to start immediately, because I'm sure some people sit in orbit for vog for hours afk
