Clearly it's the weakest exotic. Many primary legendary weapons are easier to get kills with. Suggestion: replace iridium core round perk with extra pulse perk. I'm positive that the one extra bullet wouldn't over power the gun at all but instead, would make it stand out and encourage more people to use it. Also, kill the green glow. It makes it impossible to see targets in dark places.
