Iron Banner; Warlock; Iron Regalia Vestments and Hood
I just want to know how to get them, I'm already rank 4 on my way to rank 5, I've seen people saying they haven't gotten theirs either.
I've got several Legendary enegrams and a couple Iron Banner legendary Machine Guns and Handguns, yet nothing about the Iron Regalia set

There is no chest or hood piece for the IB gear. It's not meant to replace raid gear. You still need to get the chest and hood from the raid(or an exotic helm and the raid chest piece).
