Um having bought a plasma you should know that they are prone to burn in. Maybe you should have switched over to another channel for five minutes for every hour of gameplay.

I screen wipe while in orbit, and for a few hours after playing if I'm home. I've also broke my tv in looong before gaming at all last year. Adding my requested feature can only help people, it wouldn't hurt anyone.
