Levels def make a difference. I can really feel it when I get 1v1 with a 26 or 27

With what, autorifles with 100 attack rating? What guns shoot slow enough or it like babies enough to not kill anyone in 4 shots?

I know my TTK is faster vs low levels. You can visually see your dmg numbers being higher vs low levels. For example if a gun usually does 23, it does 27. Then they are hitting me for less dmg as well
