Not quite, take a 300 dam auto vs a 300 dam hand cannon, different damage. Thats because of impact.

I never said that... I said with the same weapon. Obviously different weapons do different damages per shot but if a level 20 was shooting you with a 300 attack Suros he would kill you with same amount of shots and a level 30 with maxed Suros.

Sorry mis-replied, was replying to the guy who was saying all 300 dam weapons do the same.
