Reading IS SO DIFFICULT YOU GUYS.
The complaint is not that I didnt automatically kill him because he was lower than me. he blinked out of my shot. Duh. I'm not going to kill him.
The complaint is that he was able to kill me IN ONE SHOT. That's whack for someone way "out of my league" of 3 levels.
