Ah gotcha, well as long as it's a challenge for people to get the gear I guess it won't take away from it too much, and with how some people are going through the raid a ton and not getting the gear it also gives them a chance to get to 30 as well. I didn't think about it that way before, but I've been hearing about a lot of people going through the raid a bunch of times and not getting 1 piece of armor.
