can i get stuff from chests n earn shards from Vog if I do it on hard if I already did it on normal and collected in the same week ?

Yes n if you didn't do normal at all yet you would get both rewards from each chest in short u do hard you get can get all normal rewards and drops with hard the raids loot tables
