Japan reorganizes it's government, to remove corrupt politicians, and becomes the Japanese Republic. While this is happening, a draft of 10% of the Japanese populace for military service is introduced. Each draftee will be required to serve at least four years in the military, as well as attend officer school at the Japanese Military Academy.
