Got Judgment today for Level 11 New Monarchy. Shoots very well, keep after it.

well i did just get paticent and time soooo i may get a auto rifle and the judgment IV later why did you get it at lvl 11? thought you can get it at lvl 3 monarch?

Absolutely, but sometimes you get rewarded with weapons and other times shards. I try not to buy them hoping for a drop!
