I doubt that that many players use Hand Cannons.
I still see way more Autorifles than Hand Cannons in the Crucible, especially the Suros Regime.

Agreed. Many autos and cannons, almost zero scouts or pulse rifles. Seems they are just outclassed for crucible play. Have seen a reign of terror with a mida, dude was hella good with that thing.

Simply because in PVP, targets move faster and use jumps more, and a weapon that can cover a wider area with bullets is more effective there. I switch to Autos/Scouts in Crucible for that reason, but in PVE, 2 of my 3 chars rock a HC whereas my third rocks a Scout.
