At least the Empire does. Rebels would likely get owned faster than they could say fierfek, figuratively speaking, actually... Pretty much every faction besides the Empire would lose. I'm not entirely sure on the Yuuzhan Vong, and know nothing about the Ssi-ruuvi, so they might put up a fight. Dunno how the force would stack up or force orders like the Sith or Jedi. But unless they had a superweapon I doubt they'd be able to put up much of a fight like the Empire. Damn, that's bleak.
