We are referring to atheon, not the entire raid, you do not or at least should not be scavenging for ammo or digging through your inventory for your synth. You should be prepared. So having full rockets/secondary is key to a quick easy hard atheon kill. So! This means on oracles, having a free kill/primary ammo to waste is ideal. Two hunters can do oracles without using anything but golden guns. While you are wasting everything on them, you did mention heavy weapons after all. Plus your special recharges immediately during vengeance. Titans are not need at all in the raid, warlocks only offer a temp solution to playing sloppy which most warlocks do.
