1. Golden Gun doesn't one-shot oracles in hard mode
2. It doesn't matter what class you are, all classes have the same skills with the relic- hunters are just a smaller target

Sixteen supplicants would never spawn at the same time and even if they did, people would kill some before it got that high

I didn't say 16 can spawn at the same time and yes they can get it that high in a chaotic battle with atheon.
