• By that logic everyone has earned everything they have. As it should be. RNG just doesn't happen out of thin air.

 • That is exactly how it happens you idiot. It's random, completely by chance. Either you are just trying to be funny or you are extremely stupid.

 •
so all the people that got it through RNG didn't earn anyhting
How do you roll RNG? Let me help you. - Completing activities, such as Strikes, Raids or Crucible matches. - Killing enemies. - Defeating bosses. Any of those requires effort from the player. The amount is irrelevant.
Either you are just trying to be funny or you are extremely stupid.
You're just extremely stupid.

 • Completing any of those gives a random chance. Is it effort when people come in at the last minute, do nothing, and get an exotic? Is it effort when people afk and get exotics? No it is not. Is it earned when someone goes into their first ever strike/crucible match and gets an exotic? no it's not. There are some people that put in way more effort, and do these daily, weekly, and monthly and never get anything so by your logic unless anyone gets an exotic then they have wasted effort, but if they just happen to get an exotic it's not wasted? Does the lottery require effort good sir? No, it doesn't. People buy a ticket and hope for the best. If the best happens then it didn't happen through effort it happened through luck.
The amount is irrelevant.
Goes for Public Events, Crucibles and even AFKing in the Strikes. The player takes part in the activity. That allows a roll of the RNG. A better comparison would be a Claw game.
