That's what I thought. Not to mention that if someone's going to be "away" for that long wouldn't leaving the strike be the intelligent thing to do? Obviously this guy like so many others is just looking for a free ride through the strikes. We have ways of dealing with them that don't involve with pushing them anywhere.
