Lobbies... Especially for Raids

Ok I don't think the current matchmaking that destiny has would be the best for most modes. But what if there was a lobby system. This isn't revolutionary, I am sure a lot of us have seen this before... We'll look at it as if you are going to Host/Join a Raid: You hover over and select the raid and then get two options. Host or Join. We will go with Hosting Options first. After you select host you will be given a menu with choices which will defaulted to any except for the raid difficulty. The options you get to choose from are: *Checkpoint - You should be able to pick from Beginning or Furthest Checkpoint the host was able to reach. *Level Requirement - So you can specify the lowest level you are looking to have allowed in your lobby. *Difficulty - Should be self-explanatory. *Number of Private/Public Slots you have in the lobby - this may be two separate options... But basically lets you lock off a select number of slots so that your slower acting friends can get the asses in the party before randoms take up the empty spots you need to fill. If you want to set up the raid like you currently do just set all slots to Private. *Boot options - Host or Lobby Vote Once your options set you can start the lobby and then send your game invites to your friends and watch as your designated public slots fill up. When you verify your new random teammates meet any additional criteria you may have (if any) you can hit launch and off you go. Join would have to options Join now or Custom Match: Join now just throws you in the first available game. Custom match would give the person basically the same options above for host but it would just search for lobbies that met the criteria. The only difference is that the checkpoint option should have a list of all available checkpoints so that the player can search for a host that has his/her checkpoint. The only other Host option I could think of would be if Bungie added how many raids you have done across your classes or individually so that the host can specify whether or not he is looking for any skill level within the raid or someone that has at least completed it x amount of times. This can work for most if not all modes in the game, and would make putting together a Raid much easier. Thoughts?
