Ma n***ah It's a team game. There's no "I" in team. It's all cooperative play which is supposed to bring out the fun in this very game. The point of a 3 man squad is to hall your butts and aid each other when needed. If you're doing a selfish act and complaining, you certainly deserved to be booted. I ALWAYS go in to help everyone else who's on my friends list on the game as much as possible because I came online to play and have a good time finishing missions and earnings hard fought rewards (or nothing because I helped another 2 ppl who hasn't done it already which is fine by me). This disgraces me, it will make guys not wanna play with you. Be a man, your boys are getting shot at in a game while you sit and watch, you will certainly be eyed at. Nobody should earn rewards for free unless you join in and the mission is already unexpectedly finishing that's understandable. Get your hands dirty brother. Or go sit out and let someone who's hungry take your place. It's that simple.
