The guy streamed it on Twitch. He managed to play some levels, if I recall correctly, before the stream was taken down. Some people have a restricted build that they can stream, record, and release gameplay without breaking an NDA (it's just the Gravemind mission). Others got the full game, but they are not allowed to release any footage.

But... still. That's an objectively terrible recording. He opens the start menu several times for no apparent reason, the audio cuts out in the middle of Locke's dialogue at least twice, and he only put about a minute of the scene online.
